Van was clean and ready on arrival. Paperwork was simple as we had our insurance ready. Charged and deposit refund was fast. Would highly recommend renting and will again. 12 passenger van for my guests all week.

Great place to rent from. Really friendly staff. Accommodating. We got one of the extra tall 15 passenger vans. It was very clean. I appreciated that they gave us a whole walk around the vehicle to point out any tiny bits of damage, and there weren't many. Also took time to give a walkthrough of how to drive a vehicle that needs almost 10 ft of clearance!

Price was right vehicle not so much, loud, didn't drive straight and one of the side doors did not seem to close all the way kept thinking it could fly open. You get what you pay for I suppose. Said something to them and they did not offer any type of compensation or apology even, just said it did what I needed it to do and that was that. Boom...
